We Care About Our Planet, Our Community, and Our Team.
The phrase “We Care” often finds its way into corporate mission statements and marketing buzzwords, but at Dragon Coworking, we believe actions speak louder than slogans.
We’re committed to proving that our “We Care” isn’t just words on a wall.
Through sustainable, measurable, and meaningful initiatives, we actively support the environment we share, the members who power our community, the local neighbourhood we’re part of, and every member of the Dragon Team.
Why We Became a Certified B Corporation
When Dragon Coworking opened its doors in 2017, we set out to build more than just a place to work. From day one, we believed business could be a force for good, that profit and purpose don’t have to sit on opposite sides of the table. That belief has shaped every decision we’ve made since.
So when we discovered B Corp certification, it felt less like a new direction and more like a mirror held up to what we’d already been trying to build. The B Corp movement holds businesses accountable not just to shareholders, but to workers, communities, customers, and the environment. That’s the standard we’d been holding ourselves to, informally, for years, certification was simply the chance to prove it through a rigorous, independent process, not just claim it.
Getting there meant scrutinising every part of our business: governance, how we support our team, our environmental footprint, our community, and the experience we create for members. It wasn’t always comfortable; honest measurement means facing the gaps as well as the wins. But that’s the point: it turns good intentions into real accountability.
In June 2026, that work paid off. Dragon Coworking officially became a Certified B Corporation, with a B Impact Score of 99.9. We’re proud of that number, but we know it’s a baseline, not a finish line.
This is just the start of our B Corp journey. Every year, we’ll set ourselves tough KPIs to push our impact further, and report honestly on our progress in our Impact Report, so our community can hold us accountable, the same way the B Corp process does.
We didn’t become a B Corp for a badge. We became one because it reflects who we’ve always tried to be and gives us a framework to keep getting better. Thank you for being part of that journey with us. We’re just getting started.

Dragon Glen
We’ve retired the merch and started planting trees instead.
Like many businesses, we used to hand out plenty of throwaway gifts at events, conferences, and onboarding. It felt standard at the time, but it no longer reflects who we are or what we want to contribute.
Now, when you see us out and about, stop by our stand, register your details, and we’ll plant a tree in our Dragon Glen, our growing virtual forest. Each tree represents a real one planted, helping capture around 1.5 tonnes of carbon over its lifetime.
You can also grow Dragon Glen from anywhere by donating a tree below and adding to the forest yourself.
